Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure peak performance, make sure to size these trainers appropriately; as they are performance-oriented, they should have a snug but not restrictive fit. Before your first race, perform at least two or three short training runs to allow your feet to adjust to the rigidity of the carbon plate.
Care Instructions:
- Wipe down the upper with a soft, damp cloth after dusty or muddy runs.
- Avoid using washing machines or tumble dryers, as high heat can degrade the foam and adhesive.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material aging.
- Replace the shoes after 300-500 miles, as the energy return properties of the foam will naturally diminish over time.
