Setup, Compatibility & Care
These boots arrive ready to wear straight out of the box. To maintain the appearance of the suede and extend the longevity of the boots, follow these guidelines:
- Waterproofing: Apply a suede-safe water and stain repellent spray before first use to create a protective barrier.
- Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled suede brush to remove loose dirt and dust after each wear.
- Stain Removal: For stubborn spots, use a specialized suede eraser or a small amount of white vinegar on a cloth, dabbing gently rather than rubbing.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can cause the suede colour to fade.
- Moisture: If the boots get wet, stuff them with paper to maintain their shape and allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators.
