Troubleshooting
TV won't turn on.
Check that the power cord is securely plugged into both the TV and a working wall outlet. Try plugging another device into the same outlet to confirm it has power.
No picture or sound from a connected device (e.g., game console).
Ensure the correct HDMI input is selected on the TV. Check that the device is powered on and its HDMI cable is securely connected to both the device and the TV. Try a different HDMI port or cable if necessary.
Poor picture quality (blurry, pixelated).
Check the source quality (e.g., streaming resolution, cable box settings). Ensure the HDMI cables are high-speed. For broadcast content, signal strength might be an issue. Adjust picture settings in the TV menu.
Wi-Fi connection issues.
Restart your router and modem. On the TV, go to Network Settings and try reconnecting to your Wi-Fi network. Ensure the TV is within range of your router.
Remote control not working.
Replace the batteries in the remote. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV's IR sensor. If using a smart remote, it might need re-pairing (refer to the TV manual).
Juddering" or "Soap Opera Effect" on movies.
This is often due to motion interpolation settings (e.g., Hisense's Ultra Motion or Motion Smoothing). Turn these settings off or to a lower level in the picture settings menu to restore the cinematic 24fps look.
Apps crashing or slow performance.
Close and restart the app. Clear the app's cache or data if the option is available in the TV settings. Ensure the TV's software is up to date and that you have a stable internet connection.
FAQs
What is OLED technology?
OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) is a display technology where each individual pixel emits its own light. This allows for perfect blacks by turning pixels completely off, leading to infinite contrast, vibrant colors, and wider viewing angles compared to traditional LED/LCD TVs.
Can I connect a soundbar to this TV?
Yes, the TV features HDMI ports with ARC/eARC (Audio Return Channel) functionality, making it easy to connect a compatible soundbar for enhanced audio. You can also connect via optical audio.
Is this TV good for gaming?
Absolutely. With Game Mode Pro, FreeSync Premium, and a 120Hz panel, this TV is optimized for smooth, responsive, and tear-free gaming, making it an excellent choice for console and PC gamers.
What is Dolby Vision IQ and HDR10+ Adaptive?
These are advanced HDR (High Dynamic Range) formats that not only enhance contrast, brightness, and color but also intelligently adapt the picture quality based on the ambient light conditions in your room, ensuring optimal viewing at all times.
How do I access streaming services like Netflix or YouTube?
The TV runs on the VIDAA Smart OS. You can access pre-installed apps directly from the home screen or download new ones from the VIDAA App Store. Use the remote control or voice commands for navigation.
Does this TV support wireless headphones or speakers?
Yes, the TV is WiSA Ready, which means it can wirelessly connect to compatible WiSA-certified speakers for high-quality, cable-free surround sound. It also supports Bluetooth for connecting headphones or other audio devices.
What is the benefit of the swivel stand?
The swivel stand allows you to rotate the TV screen horizontally, providing flexible viewing angles. This is ideal for adjusting the TV to suit different seating positions in your room, reducing glare, or showing content to different parts of an open-plan space.

Product Care & Maintenance
- Cleaning the Screen:
- Turn off the TV and unplug it.
- Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the screen.
- For stubborn marks, lightly dampen the cloth with distilled water (do not spray water directly on the screen).
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners, ammonia-based cleaners (like window cleaner), or alcohol, as these can damage the OLED panel.
- Cleaning the Frame and Stand: Use a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, a slightly damp cloth with mild soap solution can be used, then wipe dry.
- Preventing Burn-in/Image Retention: While modern OLEDs are highly resistant, prolonged display of static images (e.g., channel logos, game HUDs) at high brightness can potentially lead to temporary or permanent image retention. Use screen savers, vary content, and utilize the TV's built-in pixel shift and refresh functions if available.
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation around the TV. Do not block vents on the back or sides.
- Software Updates: Periodically check for and install software updates for the VIDAA OS to ensure optimal performance and security.
