Troubleshooting

Basket seems flimsy

While designed to be lightweight, ensure items are distributed evenly. For maximum rigidity, avoid overfilling. The material is durable polypropylene, intended for practical, everyday use.

Color transfer from basket

Although unlikely with high-quality polypropylene, if any color transfer is observed, wipe the basket with a damp cloth and mild soap. Ensure items stored are colorfast.

Handles feel weak

The handles are designed to support typical loads. Avoid dragging the basket when full or placing excessively heavy items inside. Distribute weight evenly.
