This extender features an HDMI loop-out port on the transmitter for local simultaneous viewing so that a local display can be connected for monitoring or to create an additional viewing zone. Power over Cable (PoC) functionality enables the extender to operate from a single power supply connected to the transmitter, allowing the receiver to be located where there is limited access to mains power sockets, making it ideal for minimalist, discreet installations. In addition, the units' slim design with built-in mounting brackets allow it to be installed easily in limited spaces behind flat screen monitors or TVs. Please Note: The quoted lengths and resolutions are possible with a direct connection between Transmitter and Receiver using good quality Cat.6 or above solid core cable. Troubleshooting
No video signal on the receiver display
Verify that all HDMI and Cat.6 cables are securely connected at both the transmitter and receiver ends. Check that the source device and the receiver display are powered on and set to the correct inputs. Try a different HDMI cable.
Poor video quality or intermittent signal

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
Connect an HDMI source device to the HDMI In port on the transmitter unit using a standard HDMI cable.
Connect an HDMI display to the HDMI Loop Out port on the transmitter for local viewing (optional).
Connect the Cat.6 or above Ethernet cable (not included) between the RJ-45 port on the transmitter and the RJ-45 port on the receiver unit. Ensure the cable is of good quality and solid core for optimal performance.
Connect an HDMI display to the HDMI Out port on the receiver unit.
If IR control is required, connect the supplied IR emitter cable to the IR Out port on the transmitter and position it facing the source device's IR receiver. Connect the supplied IR receiver cable to the IR In port on the receiver and point it towards the device you wish to control from the receiver end.
Connect the included AC adapter to the DC-in jack on the transmitter unit and plug it into a power outlet. The PoC feature will power the receiver unit over the Cat.6 cable.
