While they offer GEL® cushioning for comfort, the GEL-1130 is primarily designed as a retro-inspired trainer for everyday wear and light activities. They are not optimized for high-impact running like dedicated running shoes.

The GEL-1130 is inspired by the GEL-KAYANO® 14 and shares similar aesthetics. However, the GEL-1130 features modernized materials like synthetic leather paneling and is positioned as a versatile trainer, whereas the GEL-KAYANO® 14 is a more performance-oriented stability running shoe.

Wipe the synthetic leather with a damp cloth. For tougher marks, use a mild soap solution and a soft brush, then wipe clean with a damp cloth. Always air dry.

The GEL® technology in the heel provides excellent shock absorption, reducing impact on your joints and enhancing overall comfort during wear, especially for prolonged periods.

The trainers are not waterproof. While they can handle light moisture, prolonged exposure to heavy rain or puddles is not recommended as it can affect the materials and longevity.

Ensure you have selected the correct size. Try wearing them with appropriate socks. Break them in gradually by wearing them for short periods initially.

This can sometimes occur due to friction between the sole and the insole. Try sprinkling a little talcum powder or cornstarch under the insole. Check if the laces are too tight.

Some aging and yellowing of foam or rubber components over time is natural, especially with exposure to light and air. This typically does not affect performance but is a cosmetic change.
