The Nike Shox R4 uses Nike's signature Shox technology, a mechanical design made with flexible columns and moderator plates to deliver premium cushioning. A revisited design from 2001, the Shox R4 boasts a breathable upper and laser perforations. The rubber outsole provides traction on all surfaces. Synthetic and textile upper is soft and durable. Nike Shox technology features resilient, flexible columns that compress and regain shape for outstanding cushioning. Modified, circular Waffle outsole offers great traction. Laser perforations throughout provide ventilation. Foam midsole. Rubber outsole.
