Leather requires a break-in period. Wear them for short durations indoors to allow the material to soften and conform to your foot shape.
Gently clean the affected area with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher marks, use a leather cleaner specifically formulated for casual footwear.
Ensure the rubber outsole is free of debris or grit by wiping the bottom with a damp cloth; buildup can temporarily reduce grip on smooth surfaces.
For the best fit, ensure you select your correct adult UK size, as the leather construction has limited stretch compared to knit trainers. To maintain the appearance of the leather upper, wipe down the shoes with a damp cloth after exposure to dirt or mud. Avoid machine washing, as this can degrade the leather quality and adhesive bonds. If the interior lining holds moisture, allow the shoes to air dry naturally in a cool, ventilated area away from direct heat sources. Use a leather-safe conditioner periodically to keep the material supple and prevent cracking.
