Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool. Wash the lid and egg tray with warm, soapy water. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.

Tap water is fine. However, if you have hard water, consider using filtered water to prevent mineral buildup.

The appliance can boil up to 7 eggs at a time.

You can poach up to 3 eggs at a time.

You can choose between soft, medium, and hard-boiled eggs.

The warranty period is 2 years.

To prevent cracking, you can gently pierce the larger end of the egg with a pin before boiling. Also, avoid cooking eggs directly from the fridge. Let them reach room temperature first.

Check the power connection and ensure the outlet is working. Make sure the on/off switch is engaged.

Adjust the water level and/or the cooking time. Ensure you're using the correct amount of water for the number of eggs and desired doneness.

Check if the appliance has reached its cooking time. If the issue persists, check for any obstructions.

Unplug the appliance immediately and check for any food debris stuck to the heating element. Clean the appliance thoroughly.
