No, this is a replacement mechanism for the internal locking system and does not include the handles.
The mushroom rollers provide smooth, reliable operation and help compress the door against the frame for improved weather sealing.
Check that the door is correctly aligned in the frame and that the rollers are not over-tightening against the keep.
Ensure the cylinder is properly seated and that the multi-point mechanism is fully engaged in the locked position.
Adjust the Uni-packer system settings to ensure the rollers are not putting excessive pressure on the door frame.
To install, first verify your existing door has a 45mm backset and a 16mm faceplate. Use the included Uni-packer system to adjust the lock to your specific frame dimensions. When installing, ensure all fixing tabs are secured to maintain structural integrity. For ongoing care, occasionally lubricate the moving parts, such as the mushroom rollers and hooks, with a light silicone-based spray to maintain effortless operation. Avoid using heavy oils or grease that can attract grit and dust over time.
