Product Information

Full details

This 5ft Artificial Spruce Christmas Tree is designed for individuals and families looking for a convenient and attractive alternative to a real Christmas tree. Its primary benefit is creating a magical, festive atmosphere with minimal hassle. A potential caveat is its 5ft height, which might be too small for very large rooms. The tree offers a natural, bushy appearance achieved through dual-toned PVC needle tips and green stems, featuring pre-attached flexible branches for easy setup and a fluffy look. It includes a sturdy plastic stand for stability and disassembles for compact storage.

Troubleshooting

Tree does not stand upright

Ensure the plastic stand is fully assembled and securely fastened. Check that the tree pole is centered and firmly inserted into the stand. Verify the surface beneath the stand is level.

Branches appear sparse or uneven

Spend time manually adjusting and fluffing each individual branch to create a fuller, more uniform appearance. Start from the bottom and work upwards, ensuring all tips are spread out.

Tree is dusty upon unpacking

Gently wipe down branches with a dry or slightly damp cloth. A soft brush attachment on a vacuum cleaner can also be used to remove dust from the PVC tips.

Difficulty disassembling for storage

Refer to the assembly instructions for reverse steps. Ensure branches are fully pushed back towards the pole before attempting to detach sections. Gentle wiggling may help free stuck sections.
