FAQs

How do I clean my UGG Griep Boots?

Gently brush off any dirt. For stains, use a sheepskin cleaner, and allow them to air dry.

Are these boots waterproof?

The boots are treated with a water-repellent finish, but they are not fully waterproof. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain or standing water.

What kind of outsole do these boots have?

The outsole is either made from sugarcane EVA or Treadlite by UGG™ EVA, providing durability and traction.

Can I wear these boots in the snow?

Yes, but be mindful of deep snow. The boots offer some protection, but prolonged exposure should be avoided.

How do I store my UGG boots during the off-season?

Clean and dry your boots. Store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, ideally in a breathable bag.

What is the shaft height of the boots?

The shaft height is approximately 5 inches.

Are the boots true to size?

UGG boots can sometimes run a bit snug, especially when new. It's best to check the size chart and read reviews, and consider going up a half size if you are unsure.

Troubleshooting

Boots feel too tight.

Sheepskin can mold to your foot over time. Try wearing thin socks or consider a half-size larger. Ensure you have the correct size for your foot.

Boots are stained.

Use a specialized sheepskin cleaner to gently remove stains. Blot the stain and avoid excessive scrubbing.

Boots feel wet inside.

Allow the boots to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. Stuff the boots with paper towels to absorb moisture.
