Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Preparation is Key:
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and flaking paint. For bare wood, use a suitable exterior wood primer. For previously painted surfaces, ensure they are sound and lightly abraded if necessary. Always test in an inconspicuous area first.
Application:
Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Apply using a good quality brush or roller designed for exterior use. Typically, two coats are recommended for best results, ensuring adequate drying time between coats as per the product instructions.
Compatibility:
This paint is specifically formulated for exterior wood and metal surfaces. Avoid use on surfaces not intended for exterior applications.
Care:
Clean application tools immediately after use with water. For routine cleaning of painted surfaces, use a soft cloth and mild detergent, rinsing thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh scrubbing, which can damage the finish.
