FAQs
Is the backpack waterproof?
It is water-resistant, which means it will protect your belongings during light rain, but it is not intended to be submerged in water or used in heavy downpours.
What is the capacity of the bag?
The backpack has an 18-liter capacity.
Can this hold a large laptop?
The internal sleeve is designed for standard student laptops and tablets, generally fitting devices up to 14 inches comfortably.
How do I clean the backpack?
Use a damp cloth with mild soap if necessary, then air dry. Do not put the backpack in a washing machine or tumble dryer.
Is this backpack suitable for all ages?
While the design is popular with kids, the ergonomic straps and functional size make it suitable for anyone looking for a compact, lightweight daily bag.
Does it have a chest strap?
No, this model features standard padded shoulder straps and does not include a chest or waist support belt.
Troubleshooting
Zipper feels stiff or stuck
Check for fabric caught in the track and gently clear it; rubbing a lead pencil tip along the teeth can act as a dry lubricant.
Bag exterior looks dull
Wipe with a clean, slightly damp microfiber cloth to restore the vibrancy of the black base and the doodle prints.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Comfortable padded straps for all-day wear
- Water-resistant material protects school supplies
- Fun and eye-catching aesthetic
- Internal laptop storage keeps tech secure
Cons
- 18L capacity might be small for high schoolers with heavy loads
- Lacks advanced organizational dividers for small stationery items
- Not suitable for large laptops over 15 inches
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To keep your backpack in top condition, simply wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth if it becomes dusty or marked. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can degrade the water-resistant coating and the vibrant printed graphics. The laptop sleeve is compatible with most standard slim-profile laptops and tablets up to 13 or 14 inches. Always ensure the velcro strap is properly fastened to prevent your device from shifting while moving.
