Ensure there are no obstructions. Apply gentle, even pressure to the sides and base. Check that the base is fully extended or collapsed before attempting to lock.
Ensure the crates are on a level surface. Make sure each crate is properly unfolded and locked into its stable form before stacking. Do not exceed the recommended weight limit.
This is normal for new plastic products. Air out the crates in a well-ventilated area for a few hours or wipe them down with a mild soap and water solution.
Setup: These crates require no assembly. Simply unfold them from their flat-packed state. To unfold, pull the sides outwards until the base locks into place.
Compatibility: The JVL STACKIT crates are designed for general storage. They are compatible with most standard shelving units, desks, and cupboard spaces. Their flat folding design also makes them easy to store in tight spaces when not in use.
Care: To clean, wipe the surfaces with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as this may damage the plastic. Ensure the crates are completely dry before folding and storing to prevent mildew.
