FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
The Nike V5 RNR is primarily a lifestyle trainer designed for casual wear and walking; it is not recommended for high-intensity running or gym performance.
How should I clean the suede?
Use a dry suede brush to remove dirt. For deeper cleaning, use a suede eraser. Never submerge suede shoes in water.
Does the sizing run true to size?
Yes, the V5 RNR generally follows standard sizing, though we recommend checking your specific size against a local retailer or existing Nike footwear for a perfect fit.
Can I wear these in the rain?
It is not recommended. Suede can be easily stained and damaged by water. We suggest wearing them only in dry conditions.
How do I maintain the shape of the trainers?
Store them with shoe trees inside when not in use and avoid leaving them in hot or cramped spaces for extended periods.
Troubleshooting
Suede looks matted or flat
Gently rub the suede in one direction with a dedicated suede brush to lift and revive the nap of the material.
Visible water spots
Lightly mist the entire shoe with water and brush evenly with a suede brush to create a uniform finish, then let air dry naturally away from heat sources.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Nike V5 RNR trainers stay in top condition, follow these care guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a specialized suede brush to remove loose dirt and dust. Avoid getting the shoes soaked in water, as this can damage the suede texture.
- Stain Removal: For stubborn spots, use a dedicated suede eraser. Do not use standard soaps or detergents.
- Protection: Apply a water and stain repellent spray specifically designed for suede before the first wear to add a protective layer.
- Storage: Store your trainers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent colour fading. Use shoe trees to help maintain their shape when not being worn.
