The clip on front plate sits flush to the wall, adding to the sleek aesthetic. This is a one gang, two way device. Two way switches like these are commonly used on stairways so you can operate the light from the top and bottom. This particular product is compatible with both fluorescent and energy-efficient inductive lighting too. It features a sleek, flat profile with rounded edges and a stylish brushed steel finish. The clip-on, clip-off front plate design is secure and easy to use. The socket can also be easily retrofitted into existing backboxes (minimum 16mm depth required). The switch has backed out captive screws to simplify installation. Furthermore, it is fitted with a moisture-control gasket which enables it to be installed into recently plastered walls without the risk of tarnishing the finish. As standard on all BG sockets and switches, this product comes with a 25-year guarantee for peace of mind.
