Product Information
Full details
The Linea Turin Hard Suitcase is designed for frequent travelers, vacationers, and business professionals who prioritize durability and ease of movement. Its primary benefit is the robust hard-shell construction combined with 360-degree spinner wheels, offering both maximum protection for your belongings and effortless navigation through crowded terminals. A minor caveat to consider is that you must verify the specific dimensions against your airline's cabin policies before your flight, as certain sizes are intended for checked luggage only.

FAQs
Is this suitcase suitable as a carry-on?
It depends on the size. Please check the dimensions of your specific Linea Turin model against your airline's current baggage policies before traveling.
How do I clean the exterior?
Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the surface. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Can I expand all Linea Turin models?
No, the expansion feature is exclusive to the 26-inch and 30-inch versions.
Is the TSA lock necessary for domestic flights?
While not strictly required for domestic flights in many regions, it is highly recommended to secure your luggage from unauthorized access.
How do I set the TSA lock for the first time?
Refer to the instruction tag provided with your suitcase, which details the steps for rotating the dial and setting your personalized three-digit code.
Troubleshooting
The combination lock code is not working
Ensure you are using the original default code if you have not set your own, or check that you have fully depressed the reset button before entering your new code.
Wheels are not rolling smoothly
Check the wheels for hair, dirt, or debris trapped in the axle and remove them carefully to restore smooth rotation.
Pull handle is stuck in the retracted position
Ensure the release button is fully engaged and check for any internal misalignment caused by overpacking; rearrange your items to ensure nothing is pressing against the handle housing.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To prepare your suitcase for its first trip, familiarize yourself with the TSA lock setting process found in your manual to set your personal combination. Before your journey, verify the suitcase size against your specific airline's carry-on or checked baggage dimensions to avoid unexpected fees. To maintain the appearance and longevity of your Linea Turin, wipe the exterior down with a soft, damp cloth after your trip to remove dust and travel debris. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may damage the protective finish of the hard shell.
