Setup, Compatibility & Care
These boots arrive ready for use, but proper care is essential to extend their lifespan.
- Break-in Period: While the EVA midsole is comfortable, wear the boots for short periods initially to allow the leather to adapt to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: Remove salt and dirt after use with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging in water for prolonged periods if not necessary.
- Maintenance: Periodically apply a leather conditioner or water-repellent treatment specifically formulated for waterproof leather to keep the material supple and weather-resistant.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources, which can cause the leather to crack over time.
