Birchtree Lockable Parcel Drop Box - Grey

The Birchtree Lockable Parcel Drop Box comes with 3 keys.

The anti-fishing mechanism is an internal feature designed to prevent individuals from reaching into the drop box to steal packages that have already been deposited.

While designed for outdoor use, it can be mounted indoors if desired, provided the location is suitable for depositing parcels.

The parcel drop box is constructed from durable metal for outdoor resilience.

The metal construction provides protection against rain and snow. However, prolonged exposure to heavy precipitation or submersion is not recommended. It is water-resistant rather than fully waterproof.

Specific dimensions for the drop slot are not provided, but it is designed to accommodate standard parcel sizes.

Yes, you can leave the box unlocked when not in use, but it is recommended to lock it when expecting deliveries to ensure security.

Ensure the flap is fully closed and there is no obstruction inside the lock cylinder. Try jiggling the key gently while turning.

This box is designed for standard package sizes. For larger items, alternative delivery arrangements may be needed.

Re-tighten the mounting screws. Ensure the mounting surface is solid and appropriate fixings were used.

Check for any obstructions. Apply a small amount of lubricant (e.g., graphite-based) to the moving parts of the anti-fishing mechanism.
