A single charge typically lasts up to 3 months, depending on usage frequency.
It is compatible with most liquid hand soaps and sanitizers, but avoid those containing exfoliants, beads, or pumice. Using Simplehuman's own liquid soap is recommended for optimal performance.
You can rinse the pump directly under the sink due to its IP67 waterproof rating. Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Ensure the charging port is sealed before rinsing.
The reservoir has a capacity of 237ml (0.237 L).
Use the easy-access control buttons located on the top of the pump to instantly adjust the volume. Holding your hand closer to the sensor dispenses less soap, while holding it further away dispenses more.

The no-drip valve should prevent this. If drips persist, check for any obstructions around the valve or tubing. Ensure the pump is positioned correctly and not tilted excessively.
Clean the sensor lens. Ensure there is adequate light, as extreme darkness or direct sunlight can sometimes interfere with sensors. Try resetting the pump by removing and reinserting batteries or disconnecting the charger.
