Troubleshooting

Crossbar sagging in the center

Ensure the crossbar is not exceeding its weight capacity and that the telescopic sections are fully locked.

Stands feeling wobbly

Check that the tripod legs are fully spread and the tension knobs on the stands are tightened securely.

Difficulty extending the telescoping pole

Clean the inner poles with a dry cloth and check for debris; do not force the locking mechanism if it feels stuck.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up the kit, extend the two light stands to your desired height and lock the tension knobs. Attach the crossbar segments by extending them to the required width and locking them in place. Use the provided spring clamps to secure your chosen backdrop material to the bar. To ensure longevity, keep the locking mechanisms free of grit and dust. Always retract the stands and crossbar fully before storing them in the provided carry bag to prevent bending or damage to the telescoping tubes.
