The Guide 18 is our maximum cushioning training shoe, designed for comfort and protection. It combines soft and responsive PWRRUN foam with our exclusive Center Path technology, which keeps the foot centred and supported for the best underfoot experience. The design increases the height of the side walls and utilizes a rocker shape to aid toe-off. The engineered mesh upper encourages cool air circulation for breathability, and FORMFIT technology delivers a personalized fit. A soft, padded tongue and heel pull tabs enhance comfort and ease of use, while a traditional lacing system secures the midfoot. The PWRRUN midsole offers exceptional cushioning and shock absorption with a springy feel. New Center Path technology keeps your feet level, preventing overpronation for a smoother ride. A PWRRUN+ sockliner provides step-in comfort. The XT-900 outsole is constructed from durable carbon rubber, ensuring exceptional traction and durability on various surfaces. Multi-directional grooves on the outsole further secure your feet and improve efficiency in takeoffs, landings, and changes of direction. Heel height is 35mm, forefoot is 29mm, with a 6mm drop and a weight of 245g.
