Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best experience, start by wearing your Gemma II slippers for only a few hours at a time during the first week. This allows your feet to gradually adapt to the corrective nature of the footbed.
Adjustment: Use the hook-and-loop strap to secure the slipper snugly across your instep. It should be firm enough to prevent the foot from sliding around, but not so tight that it restricts blood flow.
Care: To clean your slippers, wipe the upper with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid submerging them in water, as this can affect the structure of the materials and the adhesives. Keep them away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which may warp the EVA midsole.
