After washing and drying, you can restore the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish by ironing on a low heat setting with a towel over the garment or by using a reproofing spray.

Waterproof means the fabric is designed to prevent water from penetrating. Water-repellent (like the DWR finish) means the surface is treated to make water bead up and roll off, helping to maintain the fabric's performance and breathability.

The jacket offers good breathability (30,000 g/m²/24hr) and stretch, making it suitable for active use like hiking. For very high-intensity activities, monitor internal moisture levels and consider layering options.

It features a grown-on technical wire-peaked hood with adjusters, allowing you to customize the fit and ensure optimal protection from wind and rain.

The Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish may need to be reactivated or reapplied. Try ironing on a low heat with a towel over the garment after washing and drying, or use a dedicated re-waterproofing spray.

Ensure all seams are properly taped and intact. If damage is visible, contact customer support. If the issue is minor and related to the DWR, try the re-waterproofing steps.

Gently clean the zipper teeth with a damp cloth and mild soap. Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper. Apply a small amount of wax or silicone lubricant to the teeth.
