While excellent for daily training and treadmill use, they are optimized for moderate activity rather than extreme long-distance endurance racing.
The Cloudfoam midsole is designed for cushioning; while stable, they may feel softer than dedicated flat-soled lifting shoes.
The materials are soft out of the box, but a few short walks are recommended to ensure the fit is perfect for your foot shape.
Always order one full size larger than your typical street shoe size for this specific model.
No, the mesh upper is designed for breathability and will allow water to pass through in wet conditions.
Yes, the Adiwear outsole is designed to provide durability without leaving marks on indoor floor surfaces.
The Runfalcon 5 typically runs small; ensure you follow the recommendation to buy one size larger than your usual fit.
Check the OrthoLite sockliner; if it has compressed, replacing the insert can often restore a fresh, cushioned feel.
Use a dry soft-bristled brush to remove loose debris, followed by a damp cloth with mild detergent to spot-clean the mesh.
To get the best out of your Runfalcon 5s, start by sizing up: if you usually wear an 8.5, consider purchasing a 9.5 for optimal toe clearance. Lace them snugly but avoid overtightening to maintain circulation. For care, avoid machine washing, which can degrade the cushioning integrity. Instead, gently scrub the mesh with a soft brush and mild soap, then allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the midsole material.
