FAQs

Are these shorts suitable for sports other than soccer?

Yes, their breathable and moisture-wicking design makes them excellent for running, gym workouts, and general athletic training.

Do these shorts have pockets?

No, the teamGOAL 24 Shorts are designed for team sports performance and do not include pockets.

What is the material composition?

The shorts are made from 100% recycled polyester.

How do I choose the right size?

These shorts feature a regular fit; we recommend selecting your standard athletic size, utilizing the drawcord for micro-adjustments.

Can I tumble dry these shorts?

It is recommended to air dry or use a low-heat setting to avoid damaging the synthetic fibers and mesh panels.

Troubleshooting

Drawcord is stuck or difficult to tighten

Ensure the cord is not twisted inside the waistband casing; gently pull both ends to straighten.

Fabric feels damp after long sessions

Verify that you are not wearing non-breathable underlayers, which can interfere with the shorts' moisture-wicking performance.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Excellent moisture-wicking capabilities for high-intensity training
Lightweight and breathable design via mesh side panels
Adjustable waistband ensures a secure fit during dynamic drills
Made from 100% recycled polyester materials

Cons

No integrated pockets for carrying essentials
Regular fit may be too loose for those who prefer compression-style gear
Lacks additional technical features like hidden internal key storage

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up the shorts involves simply adjusting the internal drawcord to your comfort level before heading onto the field. To maintain the integrity of the dryCELL technology and the mesh panels, follow these care instructions:

Machine Wash: Use a cold water cycle to preserve the synthetic fibers.
Avoid Fabric Softeners: Harsh chemicals can clog the moisture-wicking pores in the polyester fabric, reducing its performance.
Air Dry: Whenever possible, hang-dry the shorts. If using a machine, use a low-heat tumble cycle to prevent potential heat damage to the mesh material.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and ensure they are dry before placing in a gym bag to prevent odor buildup.
