Troubleshooting
The zipper feels stiff or gets stuck
Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper teeth and gently guide the zipper head back to realign it.

Smooth the damp fabric by hand and allow it to air dry flat rather than wringing it out.
The cushion insert does not fit properly
Verify that your insert dimensions match the dimensions of the cover, as an oversized insert may cause strain on the zipper.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup is straightforward: simply unzip the cover, fold your existing cushion insert slightly to fit inside the frame, and ensure the corners are aligned before zipping it back shut. To maintain the life and color of the fabric, it is recommended to hand wash the cover in cool or lukewarm water. Avoid using harsh bleaching agents to preserve the integrity of the textile. Air drying in the shade is the best practice to prevent fabric degradation and ensure the cover remains soft to the touch.
