This ADATA Premier DDR5 U-DIMM memory module delivers blazing frequencies of up to 5600 MHz, a significant leap from DDR4 modules. It operates at a low voltage of 1.1V, making it more energy-efficient than DDR4 and featuring a built-in Power Management IC (PMIC) for enhanced power supply stability. The module's architecture allows for more memory bank groups and banks, effectively doubling capacity compared to DDR4. It also includes on-die Error Correcting Code (ECC) to automatically correct errors in real-time, reducing the CPU's calculation burden and increasing stability for enterprise-class computers. DDR5 U-DIMM modules share the same dimensions and pin count as DDR4 but differ in the notch position and integrate I/O resistors with CMD/ADD resistors, offering a cleaner appearance and a visible PMIC. In terms of performance, DDR5 offers significantly higher bandwidth and frequency, with ADATA modules reaching up to 5600MHz and a 50% higher bandwidth than DDR4-3200.
