FAQs
What are the dimensions of the medium expandable trolley?
While exact dimensions can vary slightly with expansion, this medium size is typically designed to be manageable for checked luggage. Please refer to the specific product details for precise measurements.
Can this trolley be used as carry-on luggage?
This is a medium-sized trolley, often intended for checked baggage. Always check with your specific airline for their carry-on size restrictions, as this may exceed them.
How do I reset the TSA lock combination?
Refer to the product manual that came with your trolley for detailed instructions on setting and resetting the TSA lock combination. It typically involves a specific sequence of button presses and dial turns.
Is the suitcase cover machine washable?
The suitcase cover is generally recommended to be spot cleaned with a damp cloth. Check the care label on the cover for specific washing instructions.
What is the warranty period for this Mandarina Duck trolley?
Mandarina Duck typically offers a warranty on their products against manufacturing defects. Please consult the warranty information provided with your purchase for the exact duration and terms.
Can I replace a damaged wheel?
Depending on the model and the extent of the damage, some wheels may be replaceable. Contact Mandarina Duck customer service or a professional luggage repair service for options.
Troubleshooting
Handle is stuck or difficult to retract/extend.
Check for obstructions around the handle mechanism. Ensure the button is fully depressed when operating. If debris is present, clean gently. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
TSA lock is jammed or cannot be opened.
Ensure you are using the correct combination. If you have forgotten the combination, you may need to contact customer support or a locksmith for assistance, as TSA locks do not have a universal override key for users.
Wheels are not rolling smoothly.
Inspect the wheels for tangled threads, hair, or debris. Clean the wheels and wheel housing thoroughly. If a wheel is damaged, it may need to be replaced.
Zipper is difficult to close or open.
Ensure the expandable section is not overstuffed. Gently pull the fabric away from the zipper teeth. Apply a small amount of graphite (pencil lead) or a silicone-based lubricant to the teeth. Avoid forcing the zipper.
