Troubleshooting
Shoulder straps feel loose during riding
Adjust the sternum strap higher or lower and tighten the side tensioners to pull the pack closer to the back.
Water flow is restricted in the hose
Check the hose for any kinks or bends, ensuring the reservoir is not folded inside the compartment.
Excessive moisture on the back
Ensure the pack is not cinched too tightly against the body, allowing the AIR CIRCULATION channels to function properly.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up the pack, adjust the sternum strap and hip belt while the pack is loaded to ensure a snug fit that doesn't restrict breathing. The hydration bladder compartment is best accessed by opening the main zipper and threading the hose through the designated port on the shoulder strap. To maintain the pack, wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth after muddy rides. The polyurethane and mesh materials are durable but should be air-dried away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the fabrics and straps.
