Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your X Ultra 360 shoes, begin by ensuring the correct fit; there should be a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe. Given the leather upper, it is recommended to wear them for short walks before embarking on multi-day treks to allow the material to soften and conform to your foot.
For cleaning, remove loose dirt with a soft brush after every hike. If the shoes become muddy, wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking the leather or drying them near direct heat sources, such as radiators or campfires, as this can cause the leather to crack and the adhesive seals to weaken. Air dry them at room temperature with the laces loose.
