The New Era 9FORTY Adjustable Cap is a versatile, unisex headwear option designed for adults who prioritize a blend of classic style and everyday comfort. Featuring a contoured crown, a precurved visor, and an adjustable strap, it provides a customized, secure fit suitable for most head shapes. While it excels in casual aesthetics and durability, users should be aware that the 100% cotton construction requires gentle care, as the cap is not designed for machine washing.

No, this cap is made of 100% cotton and should not be washed in a machine as it may damage the structure and fabric.
Yes, the adjustable strap allows it to accommodate a wide range of head sizes comfortably.
While the cotton is durable, prolonged exposure to moisture can cause the structure to warp. It is best to air dry it immediately if it gets wet.
The 9FORTY is an adjustable, contoured cap with a precurved visor, while the 59FIFTY is a fitted cap with a flat visor.
The easiest way to clean lint or pet hair is by using a standard adhesive lint roller or a soft garment brush.
Adjust the rear strap mechanism to tighten the circumference until the band sits firmly but comfortably against your head.
Gently manipulate the visor with your hands to restore the desired curvature, then store it in a way that prevents pressure from flattening it.
To ensure your 9FORTY remains in top condition, keep in mind that it is crafted from natural cotton. Avoid storing it in environments with extreme humidity or direct, harsh sunlight to prevent potential color fading. If the cap becomes dusty, use a soft lint roller or a dry, soft-bristled brush to remove debris. Because the cap is not machine washable, spot clean any stains gently using a damp cloth and mild soap, then allow it to air dry naturally, ensuring it maintains its shape by placing it over a round object if necessary.
