Troubleshooting

Basket has a slight odor upon arrival.

This is normal for natural wicker products. Air the basket out in a well-ventilated area for a few days. The odor should dissipate.

Lining is difficult to remove or reinsert.

Ensure the basket is empty. Gently ease the lining out from the top edge. When reinserting, start by tucking the top edge in, then smooth the rest of the lining down into the basket.

Wicker strands are loose or broken.

For minor issues, gently trim loose ends with scissors. If the damage is significant, contact customer support. Avoid pulling on loose strands.

Basket appears uneven or slightly wobbly.

Natural materials can have slight variations. Ensure the basket is placed on a level floor. Minor wobbling can often be corrected by adjusting its position slightly.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

This laundry basket requires no assembly. Upon arrival, simply remove it from its packaging. Ensure it is placed on a stable, flat surface.

Compatibility:

  • Placement: Designed to fit into corners of most rooms. Ensure the chosen corner is accessible and provides adequate space for the basket's dimensions.
