With a brushed fleece lining, they provide warmth and are ideal for cooler weather, travel days, or post-workout. For very hot climates, they might be too warm. For extreme cold, layering might be necessary.

While comfortable for light exercise, gym warm-ups, or post-workout wear, their relaxed fit and fleece material may not be ideal for high-intensity or performance-focused athletic activities that require moisture-wicking properties or a more streamlined fit.

Wash the pants inside out with similar dark colours in cold or warm water (40°C as specified). Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach, and air dry them away from direct sunlight.

Pilling can occur with fleece over time. To minimize this, wash the pants inside out. If pilling occurs, a fabric shaver or lint roller can gently remove pills.

Rub a small amount of graphite (from a pencil) or a zipper lubricant along the zipper teeth. Open and close the zipper a few times to distribute the lubricant.

Ensure you are strictly following the care instructions, especially 'Do not tumble dry'. High heat from tumble drying is a common cause of shrinkage in cotton-blend garments. Always air dry.
