The adidas Runfalcon 6 trainers are designed for adult male runners seeking a versatile shoe that balances everyday comfort with reliable road-running performance. Featuring signature Cloudfoam cushioning and a durable leather construction, these trainers provide an ultra-soft step and enhanced stability; however, users should note that the firm, textured outsole is primarily optimized for road surfaces rather than technical trail terrain.

While the leather upper provides some resistance against light moisture, these are not fully waterproof and should be avoided in heavy downpours.
Yes, the stable construction and traction make them suitable for general gym activities and lifting, though they are specifically optimized for running.
The Runfalcon 6 fits true to size, but since they are made of leather, you should ensure you have about a thumb's width of space at the toe.
Yes, the insoles are removable, allowing you to insert custom orthotics if required.
Generally, running shoes should be replaced every 300-500 miles, or when the Cloudfoam cushioning no longer provides adequate rebound.
Adjust the lacing pattern to a 'parallel' or 'window' lacing style to relieve tension on the bridge.
Clean the outsole with a stiff brush to remove pebbles or debris caught in the textured grip pattern.
This is a natural occurrence with leather; use shoe trees when not wearing the shoes to help maintain their shape.
To get the best experience, ensure you have selected the correct UK size, as the leather material provides a structured fit that does not stretch significantly over time. When not in use, store your trainers in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources to prevent the leather from cracking. To clean, use a damp cloth to wipe away surface dirt from the leather upper and the outsole. Avoid machine washing, as heat and excessive water can compromise the adhesive bonds of the midsole. If the shoes become wet inside, remove the insoles and stuff them with newspaper to air-dry slowly at room temperature.
