FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for water play?
Yes, the material is water-friendly and they are easy to clean after water play. However, they can be slippery when wet, so supervise children closely.
How do I ensure the best fit for my child?
Measure your child's foot from heel to toe and compare it to the Crocs sizing chart. These clogs are designed to be a little roomy for comfort, but the heel strap can help secure them.
Can these be worn with socks?
While designed to be worn barefoot, they can accommodate thin socks. However, the intended comfort and breathability are best experienced without socks.
What is the main benefit of the ventilation holes?
The ventilation holes help to increase airflow, keeping feet cooler and drier, and helping to reduce odor build-up.
How durable are these clogs for active kids?
They are made from a durable Croslite™ material designed to withstand daily wear and tear for most casual activities.
Can the heel strap be removed completely?
The heel strap is designed to be movable, not removable. It can be flipped forward or backward.
Troubleshooting
Clogs feel too loose or slip off easily.
Utilize the movable heel strap. Flip it up and over the heel to provide a more secure fit.
Clogs are difficult to clean.
Use a damp cloth with mild soap. For stubborn marks, a soft brush can be used gently. Rinse with cool water and air dry.
Feet feel too warm.
Ensure the ventilation holes are not obstructed. These are designed to promote airflow.
Sizing seems incorrect.
Refer to the official Crocs sizing chart and compare with your child's foot measurements. Consider trying on in-store if possible, as fit can vary.
