The pivoting heel strap can be worn in two ways: pull it back behind the heel for a more secure fit, or push it forward onto the upper for an easy-on, easy-off slip-on style. Ensure the fit is comfortable and not too tight or loose.### CompatibilityThese Crocs are fully compatible with Jibbitz™ charms. These small decorative accessories can be inserted into the ventilation holes on the upper of the clogs, allowing for fun and personalized customization.### CareCleaning the Clogs (Exterior):- For the Croslite™ foam exterior, gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the material.- Allow to air dry completely. Avoid direct sunlight or high heat, which can cause the material to warp.Cleaning the Fuzzy Liner (Interior):- The liner is 100% Polyester. For light cleaning, wipe the liner gently with a damp cloth and a very small amount of mild detergent. Avoid saturating the liner.- For deeper cleaning, it's generally recommended to hand wash the clogs with lukewarm water and mild soap, paying attention to the liner. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.- Important: Do not machine wash or machine dry these clogs, as high temperatures can damage both the Croslite™ material and the liner.- Allow the clogs to air dry completely, away from direct heat or sunlight.
