FAQs

How do I swap the top?

Close the grip flat, press down, and twist 90 degrees.

Can I use it with wireless charging?

Yes, but you will need to remove the top for generic wireless chargers.

Will it work with my iPhone 12 Pro?

No, it is not recommended to use directly on iPhone 11/12 Pro or Pro Max without a suitable case.

What if it loses its stickiness?

Rinse the adhesive with water and let it air dry. This can often restore its stickiness.

Is it reusable?

Yes, it is repositionable. Remove it slowly, clean the surface, and reapply.

Troubleshooting

PopGrip is not sticking to the phone/case.

Ensure the surface is clean and dry. Try a different case made of smooth, hard plastic.

PopGrip is not expanding or collapsing correctly.

Make sure there is nothing blocking the mechanism. Close the grip flat, press down, and twist 90 degrees to swap the top.
