Gently shake the throw to help restore its loft. If needed, lay it flat and air it out for a few hours.
This is normal for feather yarns, especially with initial use. Gently shake off excess fibers outdoors. Continued shedding can be minimized by following the recommended gentle washing and drying procedures.
Ensure the throw is completely dry before placing it on light-colored furniture. If concerned, consider placing a protective layer underneath during the initial period of use.
