We highly recommend getting your child's feet professionally measured for both length and width. Clarks Scape Sky shoes are available in whole and half sizes, and different width fittings, to ensure the best possible fit.

The lining contains an antimicrobial treatment that helps to inhibit the growth of odor-causing bacteria, keeping your child's feet feeling fresher for longer.

These shoes are designed for general active daily wear and playground activities. While durable, for specialized sports, we recommend footwear specifically designed for those activities to provide optimal support and performance.

Regular light cleaning with a damp cloth after each wear is beneficial. A more thorough cleaning with leather cleaner and conditioner can be done weekly or as needed, depending on usage and exposure to dirt.

The 'eco foam' refers to a comfortable cushioning material that is environmentally conscious. Combined with a fabric sock, it provides soft support inside the shoe. Additionally, the majority of the overall lining contains 50% recycled materials.

Check if the Riptape material has accumulated lint or debris; clean it with a stiff brush or a pair of tweezers. Ensure the straps are pulled snugly and aligned correctly when fastened. Also, re-evaluate the shoe size – if the shoe is too big, the straps may not secure properly.

Verify the shoe size and width. Active feet can swell slightly throughout the day; ensure there is adequate toe room (about a thumb's width from the longest toe to the end of the shoe). Allow for a brief 'break-in' period, but if discomfort persists, re-measurement may be needed or consider a wider fit if available.

If wear seems unusually rapid, consider the types of surfaces the shoes are primarily used on. For very aggressive play, no shoe will be impervious to wear. Ensure regular cleaning of the sole to maintain optimal grip.
