These trainers are designed for comfort and light athletic activities. For marathon running, specialized running shoes with advanced support and cushioning systems are recommended.

Your toes should have about a thumb's width of space between the longest toe and the end of the shoe. The heel should not slip excessively when you walk, and the shoe should feel snug but not tight around the midfoot.

It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers. Machine washing can damage the cushioning, adhesives, and materials. Hand cleaning with mild soap and water is the preferred method.

The Air Max cushioning provides excellent shock absorption and a responsive feel, enhancing comfort during walking and light activities.

Use a soft brush or cloth with a mild soap solution and cool water. Gently scrub the affected areas and wipe clean with a damp cloth. Always test cleaning solutions on an inconspicuous area first and allow to air dry.

For general comfort and moisture management, athletic or everyday socks made from breathable materials like cotton blends or performance synthetics are recommended.

While the trainers offer some protection, they are not waterproof. Prolonged exposure to heavy rain may result in wetness. It's best to avoid wearing them in very wet conditions or to ensure they are properly dried afterwards.

This can sometimes occur due to friction between the sole and the insole. Try removing the insole, cleaning both surfaces, and reinserting it. A small amount of talcum powder under the insole might also help.

Ensure you are using a secure lacing knot. If the laces are worn, consider replacing them with new ones that offer better grip.

New trainers often require a short break-in period. Wear them for short durations initially and gradually increase wear time. Ensure the size is correct; too tight or too loose can cause discomfort.
