Troubleshooting

Uneven color or patchiness

Ensure even application, especially on roots. Check processing time and make sure all hair is saturated with the color.

Color too dark

This is often due to leaving the dye in for too long or using on previously dark hair. The color will fade with washing.

Scalp irritation

Stop use immediately, rinse thoroughly, and consult a doctor if irritation persists. Perform a patch test before next use.

Grey hairs not fully covered

Ensure the color is applied thoroughly to grey areas and allow the full processing time.
