The adidas Essentials Base T-Shirt is designed for active adults who need a reliable, high-performance garment for gym sessions and daily runs. Its primary benefit lies in the specialized mock eyelet fabric and Climacool technology, which work together to keep the wearer cool and dry during high-intensity training. Please note that this is a regular fit garment, which may feel looser than compression-style training wear, so verify your size for the preferred athletic feel.

Yes, the Climacool technology and breathable fabric make it ideal for running and cardiovascular exercise.
The regular fit is designed to provide a standard, comfortable drape that isn't too tight or too baggy, allowing for full freedom of movement.
It is recommended to air dry to prolong the life of the fabric, but if needed, use a low-heat setting on your dryer.
Being made of polyester, this shirt is highly resistant to shrinking compared to cotton garments.
Yes, the mock eyelet polyester construction is specifically designed to be lightweight and breathable.
Ensure that you are not using fabric softeners during laundry, as they block the moisture-wicking properties of the polyester fibers.
Avoid washing with items that have zippers, hooks, or velcro, as these can snag the mock eyelet weave.
To ensure the longevity of your adidas performance gear, always follow the care label instructions. Generally, it is recommended to machine wash in cold water with similar colors. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can coat the synthetic fibers and interfere with the Climacool moisture-wicking properties. For drying, air drying is the best way to maintain the fabric integrity, but if you must use a dryer, select a low-heat setting. Avoid ironing the shirt to prevent heat damage to the synthetic fabric composition.
