FAQs

Are these boots true to size?

UGG boots generally run true to size, but some users prefer to size up if they plan to wear thick socks.

Can I wear these boots in the snow?

Yes, these boots are suitable for light snow. However, they are not designed for heavy-duty snow activities.

How do I clean the suede?

Use a suede brush to remove dirt. For tougher stains, use a suede cleaner and follow the product instructions.

What is the shaft height?

The shaft height is approximately 7 inches.

What is the lining made of?

The boots are lined with plush sheepskin.

Are these boots waterproof?

Yes, they have a waterproof design with a waterproof upper and seam-sealed construction, but they are not fully submersible.

Troubleshooting

Boots feel too tight.

If the boots feel tight initially, wear them for a while as the sheepskin lining will mold to your feet over time. Consider wearing thinner socks initially.

Boots get wet inside.

Ensure you've applied a waterproof treatment. If water has penetrated, allow the boots to dry naturally away from heat and consider using a boot dryer.

Bows are damaged.

Handle the bows gently and avoid snagging them on objects. If damage occurs, consider professional repair.
