Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your On Running trainers, use a standard heel-lock lacing technique to prevent sliding on steep inclines. For maintenance, remove the insole after muddy runs and brush away dried dirt from the lugs using a soft-bristled brush. Hand wash with lukewarm water and a mild detergent; avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as high heat can compromise the integrity of the Helion foam and adhesive bonds. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
