Yes, the Dyson Airwrap i.d. is designed to be used on damp, towel-dried hair. It effectively dries and styles simultaneously, leveraging the Coanda effect. Do not use on soaking wet hair, as it may not be effective, and avoid using on completely dry hair for curling as the results may not hold as well.

Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the device and a working electrical outlet. Check if the outlet is live by plugging in another appliance. If the issue persists, ensure the filter is not completely blocked, as this can sometimes prevent operation.
