The Under Armour Charged Surge 4 Trainers are designed for active women who prioritize comfort and support during daily runs and casual athletic activities. These trainers offer a lightweight, breathable construction with high-impact cushioning that actively works to relieve joint strain. While they provide excellent stability for jogging and gym workouts, users should note that the sizing on the original packaging may reflect US or Euro standards, which differ from UK sizing, so testing for fit before removing labels is advised.

They are designed for jogging and gym training. While they offer excellent cushioning, they are optimized for versatility rather than extreme long-distance performance.
Use a soft brush to remove loose dirt and a damp cloth with mild detergent to spot-clean any stains.
The product box may reflect US or Euro sizing. Always confirm the fit on your feet before removing labels, as these may differ from your expected UK size.
Yes, the insoles are generally removable, allowing you to insert your own custom orthotic supports if needed.
No, they feature a breathable textile upper designed for airflow, which means they are not intended for use in wet or rainy conditions.
Ensure you are wearing moisture-wicking athletic socks and that the laces are tightened evenly to prevent internal foot slippage.
Check the rubber treads for trapped debris, stones, or mud and gently clean them with a soft brush to restore grip.
To ensure the best experience, always try your trainers on with the specific socks you intend to use for sports. Because the Under Armour size labeling may vary by region (US/EU/UK), double-check the fit against your standard UK size before discarding any tags.
For care and maintenance, avoid machine washing your trainers as it can damage the specialized adhesive and cushioning properties. Instead, wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Remove the insoles periodically to air them out, and always allow the shoes to dry naturally at room temperature, away from direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight, which can cause the rubber to crack or the fabric to shrink.
