For maximum crispiness, place food in a single layer, do not overcrowd the basket, and ensure there is space for hot air to circulate around all sides of the food.

This tray is ideal for french fries, chicken wings, fish fingers, pizza, baked goods, and other items where a crispy texture is desired.

While designed to work together, the basket can be placed directly on the oven rack and the tray can be used as a standard baking sheet. However, their combined function offers the best crisping results.

The non-stick surface is a coating applied during manufacturing and is not designed to be re-seasoned like cast iron. Proper care and cleaning will help maintain its effectiveness.

Ensure the non-stick surface is clean and undamaged. For best results, a very light coat of cooking spray can be used, or ensure food is placed properly and not overcrowded.
