Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
Using your UGG Tasman II slippers is as simple as it gets: just slip them on. The rear tab pull can assist if needed. Due to the plush sheepskin, they may feel snug initially. This is normal, as the sheepskin will compress and mold to your foot for a custom fit with wear.
Compatibility
These slippers are designed as versatile casual footwear. They are perfectly compatible with:
- Loungewear: Ideal for robes, pajamas, and relaxed home attire.
- Casual Outfits: Pair them with jeans, joggers, or shorts for a comfortable and stylish look when running light errands.
- Various Temperatures: Excellent for keeping feet warm in cooler climates, but the natural properties of sheepskin also allow for breathability.
Care Instructions
To maintain the quality and longevity of your UGG Tasman II slippers, follow these care guidelines:
- Protect from Moisture: Suede is not waterproof. Avoid wearing them in heavy rain, snow, or wet conditions. Consider applying a suede protector spray before first use.
- Cleaning Suede: Use a specialized suede brush to gently brush away dirt and debris. For stains, use a UGG-specific or high-quality suede cleaner according to product instructions. Always test on an inconspicuous area first.
- Cleaning Sheepskin: For the interior, gently brush the sheepskin with a soft brush to restore its loft. Spot clean with a mild soap and cold water, dabbing gently rather than rubbing.
- Air Drying: If they get wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight. Do not put them in a dryer.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, ideally with tissue paper inside to help maintain their shape.
